1. Services Provided
Pacific Custom Hardscape provides professional hardscape design, installation, and maintenance services including but not limited to: outdoor hardscaping, driveway installation, retaining walls, drainage systems, walkways, paving, artificial turf, irrigation systems, pools, and water features.
2. Estimates and Contracts
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Work begins only after a signed contract and required deposit. Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect final pricing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedule: 50% deposit upon contract signing, 40% at project midpoint, 10% upon completion. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.
4. Warranties
We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship and honor all manufacturer warranties on materials. Warranty does not cover damage from natural disasters, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
5. Liability
Pacific Custom Hardscape carries full liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the project. We are not responsible for existing utility lines, septic systems, or underground installations not marked by appropriate authorities.
6. Property Access
Client grants reasonable access to property during business hours for project completion. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your property and daily routine.
7. License and Insurance
Pacific Custom Hardscape is licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB #1126018) and maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all operations.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Orange County, California. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
